今日は区役所で「ペアレントトレーニング」という講義を受けた。これは子供の成長に関する勉強だ。

私には5才の息子がいる。息子の教育について真剣に向き合って考える良い機会だった。

講義の直後、図書館で『こどものための精神医学』という本を借りた。

分かりやすい性格だなぁ。
